Delivery by PostNL or DHL

Shipping costs €6.95 per order and is free for orders from €100.00.
We ship within two working days of your payment, usually the same or next working day. Delivery in the Netherlands normally takes one to two working days after that.
You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Every parcel is packed with care and shipped with tracking. Damaged on arrival? Take photos and contact us within a few days.

Collect in Groningen (free)

Collect your order at Wasaweg 21 48, 9723 JD Groningen.
Opening hours: By appointment. We email you when your order is ready; bring your order number.
You can check the device on the spot.
