Right of withdrawal
Buying online means you cannot see the device in person first. That is why you have 14 days to change your mind, without giving a reason.

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you designated (not the carrier), received the product. If you collected the order, it ends 14 days after collection.
To meet the deadline it is enough to send your withdrawal before the period ends.
How to withdraw
- Easiest: start a return on the returns page with your order number and email address.
- Or fill in the online withdrawal form; you receive a confirmation by email straight away.
- Or send an unambiguous statement by email to shop@deusfix.com or by post to DeusFix, Wasaweg 21 48, 9723 JD Groningen.
Sending it back
Send the product back within 14 days of withdrawing, with all accessories you received, well packed, and with the return number on or inside the parcel. Remove your accounts (Apple ID, Google account) and personal data first.
You pay the direct cost of returning the product, unless it is defective or not as described; then we pay the return shipping. You can also drop it off at our address by appointment.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal, with the payment method you used. We may wait until we have the product back or you show that you sent it. Extra cost of a more expensive delivery method you chose is not refunded.
You are liable for a reduction in value if you handled the product more than needed to judge its nature, characteristics and functioning.
