What does refurbished mean?
A used device that we have tested, repaired where needed, wiped and cleaned. It works as it should and comes with warranty.
What do the grades mean?
The grade describes the outside of the device: from as good as new to visible signs of use. It never means the device works less well. The product page lists every known mark or defect, with photos of the actual unit.
Is the photo the device I get?
Yes. Every listing is one specific unit, and the photos show that unit.
How much warranty do I get?
12 months on every device, on top of your statutory rights. See warranty.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Start on the returns page. Read more about the right of withdrawal.
What does shipping cost?
€6.95, free from €100.00. Collecting in Groningen is always free. See shipping and delivery.
Why does the invoice show no VAT?
Many used devices are sold under the margin scheme. VAT is then included in the price but not shown separately, and cannot be reclaimed by businesses. The product page says which scheme applies.
A device says "reserved". What now?
Someone is paying for it right now. If the payment is not completed within 15 minutes, it becomes available again.
Is my data on the device wiped?
Data of previous owners is always wiped securely before a device is sold. When you return a device, remove your own accounts and data first.
